Privacy
Last updated 7 November 2026
This notice covers the game Jolt and this website, thejoltgame.com. Jolt is made by Epos Game Studios, the brand of Tsolakidis Ventures E.E., Menexedon 4, 57013 Thessaloniki, Greece (General Commercial Register (GEMI) No. 183094806000). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: contact@eposgames.studio.
The game
Jolt is a single-player game that runs offline. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send any information to us. Your progress and settings are saved on your device.
The store or platform you got Jolt from, for example Steam, may sync your saves to its cloud, show achievements and check that you own the game. That happens through the platform's own services and under its privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive your platform account details, payment details or your saves.
If you contact us for support, we use what you send only to answer you.
This website
If you join the mailing list, we keep your email address, the date and time you signed up, and a note that you signed up on this website. We use your email address only to send you news about Jolt and new devlog posts. We won't send you news about other Epos Game Studios projects, we never use it for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Our legal basis is your consent. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or write to us and we'll remove you. The list is stored with Google, in a Google Sheet.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. The site uses no cookies of its own, no analytics and no ads.
Children
Jolt is made for mature players and is not directed at children. Don't sign up to the mailing list if you are under 16.
Keeping and sharing data
We keep mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe. We don't sell personal data or share it with anyone except the service providers named above, some of which are in the United States and rely on the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@eposgames.studio. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the authority in your country.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. If the game ever gets online features, we'll update this notice before they ship.
